5.DIETARY ANTIOXIDANTS: In addition to using a topical antioxidant, a diet high in antioxidants is helpful for anti-aging. Foods that have a high anti-oxidant content are: prunes, raisins, berries, plums, green leafy vegetables, and broccoli.
